For what purposes will we process your data and what is the legal basis for this processing?
At NOUCOR GROUP, S.L. (hereinafter, “NOUCOR“) we process the personal data you provide, as well as all the data collected through this site and the data that derives from your relationship with us for the following purposes:
- Contact form for general matters: managing and answering to any questions and/or queries you may have.
- Contact form for pharmacovigilance matters:
- To manage pharmacovigilance communications and, if necessary, to follow up on adverse events or reactions to medicines or products that we own and that you have communicated to us.
- To comply with our obligations as a pharmaceutical company regarding pharmacovigilance matters.
- To report adverse reaction information to the competent national and international health authorities.
- Contact form for business purposes: managing and answering to any questions and/or queries you may have.
- Contact form for talent acquisition matters: evaluate the application for the open position at NOUCOR, manage the recruitment process and the relationship with you as an employee applicant.
- Contact telephone numbers: to manage and answer any doubts and/or queries you may have by telephone, and if necessary, to follow up on adverse reactions or events regarding drugs or products of our ownership, and that you have communicated to us.
Taking into account the purposes set forth above regarding the management of communications, we inform you that we may contact you by telephone as well as by e-mail.
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the consent given by you when you (i) send us your request via the contact form, in case you use the contact form, and (ii) when you continue with the telephone call, if you decide to use the telephone line.
What data do we process?
As part of the functionality offered through this website, and conditioned by the previously indicated purposes, at NOUCOR we process identification and contact data such as your name and surname, e-mail and if you provide it, your telephone number.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that you have contacted us to report adverse events or reactions to our products, we may request, in addition to your identification and contact details, additional personal information relating to your health or medical history.
Any personal data provided relating to adverse events or other activities related to pharmacovigilance will be used only for these purposes.
Finally, in the event that you have provided us with your curriculum vitae and any other professional information, we inform you that we will process the personal data included therein for the purposes described in the previous section.
To whom will your data be sent?
As a general rule, NOUCOR will not send your personal data to third parties except in compliance with legal obligations.
Your data may be transferred to companies within the NOUCOR group of companies, on the legal basis of your consent and NOUCOR's legitimate interest in responding to your request for information, due to the fact that a single form (general information, business, talent and pharmacovigilance) and a single telephone number are used for all companies within the NOUCOR group for the purposes of information requests, pharmacovigilance matters and employment. The NOUCOR group companies to which this data may be transferred are the following:

In addition, on the legal basis of your consent, the compliance with legal obligations and the public interest, exceptionally, personal data may be provided to national and international competent health authorities, healthcare professionals, as well as to other companies with which NOUCOR has licensing and/or marketing agreements or which are responsible for evaluating pharmaceutical products, for the sole purpose of complying with legal obligations regarding pharmacovigilance.
If personal data is accessed from countries that do not offer an adequate level of protection, NOUCOR will, if necessary, take appropriate safeguards to carry out such international data transfers in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. Notwithstanding the above, we inform you that in order to provide the services offered through this website, we require the assistance of service providers. These third parties may have access to your data but, in any case, they will act on our behalf, following our instructions. In no case will they have access to your data for their own purposes.
NOUCOR does not share personal data with any other third parties, unless it is necessary for the purposes set out above and/or unless required by applicable law.
How long will we keep your data?
NOUCOR will keep your personal data for the period necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected. Consequently, if necessary, the data will be blocked until the legally established deadline has elapsed. In the event that your personal data is used for several purposes that require us to keep it for different periods, we will apply the longer storage period.
In cases related to pharmacovigilance, we will keep your personal data for the time strictly necessary for the purpose for which they were collected and, once this period has expired, they will be kept for a minimum period of 5 years in accordance with the provisions of Article 6.4 of Royal Decree 577/2013, of 26 July, which regulates the pharmacovigilance of medicinal products for human use.
In the event that your personal data are used for several purposes that require us to keep them for different periods, we will apply the longest retention period.
Additionally, your personal data will be kept for as long as you do not request its erasure.
What are your rights as the owner of the data?
You can obtain confirmation on whether your personal data is being processed, as well as consult which specific personal data is being processed.
You can modify any personal data that is inaccurate and also complete any data that is incomplete.
You may request the erasure of your personal data when, for example, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
You may request that we stop processing your personal data, unless it is not possible for compelling legitimate grounds, or for the exercise or defense of legal claims.
Restriction of processing
You can request the restriction to the processing of your data in the following cases:
(vi) While a challenge to the accuracy of your data is being verified;
(vii) When the processing is unlawful, you oppose the erasure of the personal data and request the restriction of its use;
(viii) When your data does not need to be processed, but is needed for the exercise or defense of legal claims;
