For what purposes will we process your data and what is the legal basis for this processing?
At NOUCOR GROUP, S.L. (hereinafter, “NOUCOR“) we process the personal data you provide, as well as all the data collected through this site and the data that derives from your relationship with us for the following main purposes:

Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of (i) managing and responding to any questions and/or queries you may have, and (ii) if necessary, following up on adverse reactions or events about medicines or products and that you have informed us about.
Therefore, we may contact you by telephone as well as by e-mail.
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the consent given by you when you send us your request via the contact form.
What data do we process?
As part of the functionality offered through this website, and conditioned by the previously indicated purposes, at NOUCOR we process identification and contact data such as your name and surname, e-mail and if you provide it, your telephone number.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that you have contacted us to report adverse events or reactions to our products, we may request, in addition to your identification and contact details, additional personal information relating to your health or medical history.
Any personal data provided relating to adverse events or other activities related to pharmacovigilance will be used only for these purposes.
Finally, in the event that you have provided us with your curriculum vitae, we inform you that we will process the personal data included therein for the purposes described in the previous section.
To whom will your data be sent?
NOUCOR will not send your personal data to third parties except in compliance with legal obligations.
Specifically, and in the event that this is required by current pharmacovigilance regulations, we inform you that we may notify the information relating to suspected adverse reactions or events that you may have communicated to us to the competent regulatory authorities that, in each case, so require.
Notwithstanding the above, we inform you that in order to provide the services offered through this website, we require the assistance of service providers. These third parties may have access to your data but, in any case, they will act on our behalf, following our instructions. In no case will they have access to your data for their own purposes.
How long will we keep your data?
NOUCOR will keep your personal data for the period necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected. Consequently, if necessary, the data will be blocked until the legally established deadline has elapsed. In the event that your personal data is used for several purposes that require us to keep it for different periods, we will apply the longer storage period.
In cases related to pharmacovigilance, we will keep your personal data for the time strictly necessary for the purpose for which they were collected and, once this period has expired, they will be kept for a minimum period of 5 years in accordance with the provisions of Article 6.4 of Royal Decree 577/2013, of 26 July, which regulates the pharmacovigilance of medicinal products for human use.
In the event that your personal data are used for several purposes that require us to keep them for different periods, we will apply the longest retention period.
Additionally, your personal data will be kept for as long as you do not request its erasure.
